Balaji Agoram, Ph.D.
Balaji is a clinical pharmacologist and pharmacometrician. He built and led the clinical pharmacology, DMPK and biomarker functions at Arcus Biosciences, Forty Seven, AstraZeneca and Pfizer.
He was team lead on the BLA submissions for brodalumab, durvalumab, moxetumomab and benralizumab, and on roughly twenty-five INDs and first-in-human studies across oncology, inflammation and cardiometabolic disease. At Forty Seven he took magrolimab from first-in-patient to Phase 3 and identified the predictive biomarker for response. Ph.D. in chemical and biological engineering, CU Boulder; B.Tech, IIT Madras.
Fabio Iwamoto, MD
Fabio is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neuro-oncologist and Professor of Neurology and Neurological Sciences and of Neurosurgery at Stanford. His practice covers gliomas, glioblastoma, and metastatic disease of the central nervous system.
He leads national and international trials of immunotherapies, targeted agents and novel combinations in brain tumours. Neurology residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell; neuro-oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering.
